This small hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the value for money was fantastic, with affordable prices and great attention to detail. Secondly, the location was perfect, being right by the beach and also within a short drive to popular attractions like Pisa and the Cinque Terre. Finally, I must mention the staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I loved our rooms with their lovely corner balconies, which added a touch of charm. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast buffet that had a variety of options to choose from.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and there wasn't anything that I felt could be improved upon.

We had a wonderful seaside experience with the hotel being located so close to the beach, just a stone's throw down the street. the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided a balcony to enjoy the sea view. the hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more delightful. the breakfast buffet was well-stocked and had a variety of options to choose from, making it easy to start our day with a full stomach.
The room design was a bit on the simple side and lacked extra amenities.

Great location, just a block away from the beach and surrounded by free beach areas. the room was simple but spacious with a huge balcony with comfortable chairs. We enjoyed having breakfast outside in the garden. Parking was a plus.
The room design was quite plain and uninspiring. the bed was not entirely comfortable, which led to a poor night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and the sea. The private parking is definitely a big plus, as it takes away the stress of finding a parking spot. The rooms are clean and air-conditioned, making it comfortable for a weekend break. The breakfast had a decent variety of options to choose from.
Although the hotel is located close to the beach, the rooms facing the streets could be noisy with motorbikes and street sweepers waking guests up too early. Another downside is that some rooms have single beds that are quite narrow and may not be suitable for taller guests.
